Bridgewater Day Care Centre is Hiring

The Day Care Centre operates from Monday to Friday, the hours of work required will be 2/3 days per week 9.30 am-4.30 pm.
You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota basis. Previous experience is not essential as what we need most are a Can-do attitude and a compassionate nature.
You will support people to maintain a healthy state of well-being mentally, physically and emotionally.
The support we offer is tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes, whilst encouraging independence.
You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role, including the provision of personal care.
ROLE SUMMARY
- To deliver high-quality care at all times to our clients
- Attending to personal care – washing, dressing, bathing, toileting.
- Supporting clients with meals/ drinks
- Supporting them to pursue hobbies and interests
- Monitoring healthcare needs, including assisting in the administering of medication and temperature checks
- Understanding each individuals communication needs and communicating with families.
- Maintaining accurate records for each client.
