Bathing

Bridgewater Day Care provide a purpose built personal bathing area for anyone in the community who wishes to make use of the facility.

We offer this bathing room to external agencies, including home carers and family carers for a small fee.  Those using the bathing service must use their own carers or our well trained care team at Bridgewater Day Care.

The bathing facility contains a seated hoist and a mobile hoist to allow those with physical frailties to be able to easily gain access into the bath with the assistance of carers.  The facility also includes its own toilet within the same room which maximises privacy and enables ease of use whilst bathing.

The bathing facility is available for just £25 per session and can also be accessed by those who do not receive day care services from Bridgewater Day Care.
